Tournament buy-ins
- Before the bracket: you may withdraw and receive a full refund any time before registration closes for that tournament. Contact [CONTACT EMAIL] or use your entry confirmation.
- After seeding: once the bracket is built and you hold a seed, your buy-in is committed to the prize pool and is non-refundable — including if you no-show, forfeit, or are disqualified for rule violations.
- We cancel or the field doesn’t fill: if a tournament is cancelled before it starts, or doesn’t reach the minimum field by its start time, every paid entrant automatically gets a full buy-in refund.
- Paid but not seated: if payment lands after the field fills, you get a full refund — those orders are flagged automatically and refunded.
- Platform fault: if a verified platform failure on our side prevents your match from being playable (not your connection, console, or game copy), we’ll refund the buy-in or credit a future entry — our choice, applied fairly.
Vault subscriptions
- Vault purchases grant 30 days of access to digital playbooks. Because content is consumable the moment it’s read, purchases are refundable only within 48 hours of purchase and before you’ve opened any playbook in that tier.
- After that window, or once content has been accessed, subscription purchases are final for that 30-day term. Vault access doesn’t auto-renew — each 30-day term is a purchase you make.
- If a billing error double-charges you, we’ll refund the duplicate immediately — just show us the receipt.
Prizes are not refunds
Prize payouts follow the posted prize table and the Official Gulag Rules. Losing a match, disagreeing with a moderator’s dispute ruling, or being disqualified for a rules violation does not create a refund right.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve genuine billing problems quickly. Chargebacks filed on legitimately delivered entries or content may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of pending winnings while we investigate.
How to request a refund
