The one-line version
- Compete hard, talk trash about the game, respect the person, and never touch the integrity of a match. That’s it.
Expected
- Show up on time, ready up, play your matches out, and report honest scores.
- Keep match chat about the match. Competitive banter is part of Madden — keep it about gameplay.
- Call a mod when something’s genuinely wrong; give them the facts and let them work.
- Report cheating with evidence instead of retaliating.
Not tolerated
- Harassment and hate: slurs, threats, discrimination, doxxing, or targeted abuse — in match chat, on streams, or anywhere on the platform. Zero tolerance.
- Integrity violations: cheating, collusion, win-trading, entering one bracket with multiple accounts, falsified evidence, lag manipulation.
- System abuse: spamming mod calls, weaponizing disputes to stall, evading bans with new accounts, exploiting bugs instead of reporting them.
- Off-platform conduct that directly threatens players or the competition (e.g., threats sent over EA/PSN/Xbox messages about a Gulag match) counts as if it happened here. Screenshot it and report it.
Penalties
Depending on severity and history: warnings, match forfeits, disqualification from the current tournament, prize forfeiture, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban. Integrity violations and hate speech skip the warning step. Moderators apply penalties; ban appeals go to [CONTACT EMAIL] and are reviewed by SLIM GHOST.
Reporting
Use Call a mod in your match chat for live issues — a moderator sees the full chat history. For anything else, email [CONTACT EMAIL] with screenshots. Reports are reviewed by humans; we don’t auto-ban off reports alone.
